This just came to my mind when going home from school.. What if ships could change their shiptargeting before combat?

Example:

Vsh original targeting is FR, but lets say it could be refitable...

But, IF the alliance know of any sort of cheating that havent been reported or they know the decision of re-opening a planet is...

i found out something wierd today...when i defended a m8 of mine i got salvage from my 5 lost harpies in first tick, but when i lost 25 harpies the tick after i gained NO salvage!
