If we dont count 30:9 cos it has an Eclipse Tag,...

If we dont count 30:9 cos it has an Eclipse Tag, is 3:4 the highest pure NAR? I know they have some Vom and some Vtx but they dont have any WEET alliances.

I dont think this would stop small groups...

I dont think this would stop small groups attacking. They would just have to choose targets with less friends, or co-ordinate with other small alliances for attacks. Surely it would make the game...

Not if you also change the differences in speeds.
ie, make pods take longer but let the other ships have a shorter eta.
