I work various shifts 7am-4pm, 10am-7pm, 2pm-11pm sometimes even have three days and go all three different shifts in a row. I do however get an extra $1 an hour working on Sundays.

Never watched it, but according to Crew tab from Amazon, it was written, directed, produced, and edited by Kevin Smith. So in this instance, it would be pretty much all on him for continuity.

I don't think that there's anything wrong with having the EULA. I would push perhaps for having it slightly more detailed in some areas, but overall removing rules, or the ability to enforce them...
