I think so too, but he has to get a work permit first.
He hasn't played that much for brazil so he'll have to be one of those exceptions. I reckon he will be only sold if his permit is blocked.

Alex is not a free transfer, he is owned by chelsea and has been loaned out to psv for the last few years.. And PSV has already confirmed they will not have him next season so he is coming to chelsea...

well the advantage is by now you know wich cheap players are in the first 11 and able to get the points. And you can just select players looking at the opponents and hope for a goal-fest.
