Oh, most alliances and the people in charge don't much care for cardi or his fencegal, so convincing people to do 3 more TA's this round with 3 days in between each shouldn't be much of an problem.

Those are two different scenarios, war vs. peace. Different strengths and weaknesses come into play during these different scenarios, and in general a war-scenario has tended to favor Ascendancy more...
