I'd use the shell access, but with only havign phpmyadmin to use I'd follow Supernova9 example of breaking it down into tables at a time. Also, you could ask to have your script execution time...

You *can* use netsend without gettign caught by simply masking your machine id. Using netsend you can mask your ip and spoof the pc and username. Quiet funny really when you've been told not to...

Why not just open all the files into a good text editor (editpad) and then just set it to find and replace in all files then re-upload the files. Thats what I'd do anyways, but i'm lazy :p
