Part of the reason why the majority of payment centres were closed was because a few of people running them never actually sent the money in that they received i.e. they kept it.

We want planetarion to be a success, which is why we employ someone (part-time) to develop it when it would have been quite easy to let a volunteer team develop it whilst hoping they would release...
