no race will be an xp planet in this round with that formula, also when zik/cat/ter can be roided a lot easier than xan, i doubt they need upgrading in any sense

actually the more players who play 'for xp' the less profitable and sensible it is to play as a value planet because there won't be as much roids around to pay off enough over daily xp gains the xp...
