Specials

I would like to suggest that we should be able to use the special characters like (, &, *, +, etc... in the planet / ruler name. I think they shouldnt be left out just because they are special. we should embrace all characters. Vote YES for the specials.

I think they're excluded to prevent possible hacking. Nevermind that that shouldn't at all be possible, but nevertheless.

special characters are banned because people kept sending me fleets named "I <3 Posi"

people were getting jealous :/
