n Dimensional Sudoku

Is it possible to extend Sudoku into any number of dimensions? For example so far we have 2d and 3D sudoku, but would be be possible to form a tesseract sudoku or an n-cube sudoku?

Don't see why not.

Theres probably several possible extensions (I can think of one which involves placing 27 3x3 cubes, but I'm not sure if you could reasonably call this 'sudoko') - it depends how exactly you want to do.

Yes, there exists Soduko solutions for however many dimensions you want.

If you have a valid solution of N dimensions, you will get a valid solution of N+1 dimensions by using all possible variants created by shifting the originial values.
