Problems with the login question

Now I dont see the logic behind the question, but when it keeps saying you get the answer wrong when you get it right it really pisses me off:

http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/2909/paq2.jpg

The above two examples both came back as incorrect, now either my math is getting progressivley worse, or there is a problem here.

(this was using chrome btw, and at http://round32.planetarion.com/login.pl)

Re: Problems with the login question

There is a problem, it's been recurrent since sometime last round, and the cure is just to click the reload image link first. It's something that needs sorting out, but it's not a game-killer.

Re: Problems with the login question

Why leave it in? Just get rid of this out-dated anti bot system.

It is if ur trying to login thru a phone, and have to spend another 2 mins retyping username, password and loading a new question.

Have you tried reloading the page before answering like the page suggests?

But after a while you get used to always hitting reload image before you enter it, so all is good.

Paying customers shouldn't have to get used to broken functionality.

Re: Problems with the login question

Hi

First of all try using game.planetarion.com <- that one should allways point to the right place.
Then you for sure wount get problems with that.

Also you can try reloading the image, use the link bellow wich states "reload the image"
That will asure your answering the right question, and not a question your browser have cached.

If this isn't helping you at all. Please contact us in #support on irc.netgamers.org or send in a support ticket from the login page under 'support'

Re: Problems with the login question

Maybe its not directly related and I'm only mentioning it because this thread made me remember, but the PSP's web browser has a problem with logging in after answering the security question. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but I recall being unable to use it to log in even though the question was correct 100% of the time.

Sorry to post mid discussion.

If your using opera mini it has a back button just go back to the login page and opera already has your user name/password from previously

Agreed, but it's still not a massive problem once you realise it always happens.

Regardless, its still a bug and needs to be fixed. Shows incredibly poor judgment by the PA owners and developers to leave a glaring bug in the field for this long.

I thought i was going crazy, and even checked with a calc.

Re: Problems with the login question

On my phone, if I click refresh it always loads a new image! Makes it impossible to login as I can't predict what the answer will be!
