Didn't expect much from England tonight because Sven is trying to build the team around Beckham who just lumps it long or takes set pieces even though the formation doesn't suit the majority of the other players. The England teams value tonight was £137m and Northern Ireland £4m, something is seriously wrong here!

England seemed a bit obsessed with this tactic against Wales. They kept on crossing the ball yet nearly all their crosses were absoloutely abymal.

As for tonight, I missed most the game from watching Wales vs Poland but I saw the end of each half and I had to laugh at Rooney's little tantrums at the end of the first half but then even more so when I turned it over and saw you 1-0 down. That may have been as much in shock as anything though. You really need a new manager as your team is good enough to win the wc really.

It was quite a normal match as far as I'm concerned. It followed the exact same formula as every Forest match so far this season:

Playing against a team that is much much worse.
Dominate possession for a majority of the match without creating a clear chance.
Concede a soft goal against the run of play.
Never look like equalising.

I wanted to Northern Ireland to win after about 70 minutes.

It's sad when you'd rather clean the bath out than watch your own team play. SWP was decent, but was dragged down by the rest of the lazy twats that make up England. Joe Cole worked quite hard I suppose. We just can't work as a team. Have they lost faith in Sven, or is it merely the formation that's cocking us up? I found myself agreeing with the crowd who were shouting "sack the Swede." We got F'd in the A-hole. Well done Northern Ireland, you deserved to win.

Am the only one that thinks SWP is about as overrated as any player in the world at the moment. He is a decent winger, but I feel he is too showy and not effective enough, I was glad when Joe Cole came on.

I think the whole english team is iverrated tbh. True, you have one of the best leagues in the world but there is no team playing decent if it werenot for the foreign players you have. Lets face it, just about every goal or record is set and made by foreign players in the premierleague. So to expect the english team to do well because you have such a great competition is wishfull thinking;)
