If you're referring to the "best xxx ever/worst xxx ever" then it's actually quite a commonly used phrase on the internet and nod and I have just picked it up much like you pick up the accent of the region you live in.

The adverts I liked most were the budweiser adverts with the frogs, t hey were shown when I was pretty little and I found them really funny at the time.

There's two dutch lines of commercials for insurance companies which are quite frankly rather excellent. The first is for Achmea, an insurance company located in Apeldoorn that uses the slogan "Just call Apeldoorn". Some examples:
