I weigh between 11 and 11 and a half stone.
I have 44 inch chest i have a 32 inch waist. My chest is SERIOUSLY under-developed. My waist is about (minimum) 2 inches overweight and maybe up to 4 inches over. I'm telling you this because i'm after becoming "the proper". I'm being very serious. Family wise my "state" is not even funny. Give me a break etc (please). TELL ME HOW TO GET TO "THE PROPER" (or else please god tell me)! |

speaking of body "building", what's a good way to lose weight (say, 2 stone over a period of a couple of mths? in er..everywhere chest/stomach/thighs/ass(:() especially) without an intense amount of effort and preferably no money involved at all!
specific exercises/magical secret potions would be good to know. |

Chest - bench pressing, push ups
Waist - stop putting shit in your mouth and start doing cardio 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes each session. How do you measure your chest exactly, I think i've got about the same stat but I am rather satisfied with my chest, I would like to have it much more massive but it's going well. Maybe I need to reconsider the way I measure my chest and buy a real measuring belt. Do you lay the belt over your nipples? or below or above your tits? |

Change your whole lifestyle. Give up drugs. Try to be more positive in the first place about yourself. Make a list of the things you enjoy doing most/ things that you always want to do. Be more proactive. The secret is usually in the mind. But unfortunately it is always the other way around for humans.
