After going through my old emails, I thought I'd take a look in here for old times sake, and was shocked to find only 7 threads active in the last year. Admitted, I haven't been around in the last 5 years or so, so I can't really comment... how is everyone, anyway? Or does no one remember who I am?

I occasionally come by. Nothing that attracts me to much however. I love good space combat or survival horror. We seemed to have a lot of that when I was here.

Head to nationstates if you want to RP - two different sections, Nationstates and International incidents: the first, character RP if you can find it, the second you lead a nation, a horde... whatever so to speak.

In truth with patience and a mild degree of annoyance in some cases, other than that it was not really that hard when consider that not everyone made great posts all the time. I do include myself in that statement.

This has gone on for long enough me thinks - we get it, RP here is dead and we're all sad pandas because of it.

Well I suck at being miserable. As such I'm gonna make a proposal to any lurkers still hovering around here and I dearly hope some of you will take me up on it rather than continuing to skulk around here like well... sad pandas.

My proposal is thus:

Why am I ordering you all to do this? Three reasons:

1. XKI is a p. chill place and will likely stop you all from being sad pandas.

2. It'd be good to have a few more friends about. ;)

3. ...our RP section needs some love. There's plenty of people around but only a few interesting RP's. I need a few peeps to show the area some love either by creating some simple threads, showing a casual interest or even just passing on some sage advice.

(3. You won't be able to see the photo of me looking sexah in a cowboy suit unless you sign up to the forum)


So there you have it. Now, if I don't see you all there soon(ish) be prepared for me when I come back to kick all your collective arses.

This place can't be officially dead, that would require a majority vote for deadness and it would take years for enough people to turn up and vote to get the needed quorum.

Someone could always start a thread and see if we can get a record for the slowest moving RP plot of all time.
